The Challenge

This superfood-based, all-natural skincare line is a superpower in itself. With rapid growth right at their doorstep, cocokind was ready for a new home - a website built to scale that gives customers the right information at the right time, with a beautiful design that reflects the clean, conscious and accessible brand their customers have grown to love.

Our Approach

cocokind aims to solve real skin issues for real people, and to empower women to feel confident in their own skin. We fused this messaging into their new site design, showcasing user generated content and placing an emphasis on skincare education on key pages so shoppers feel supported in their journey to find a solution to their skin problems.

Highlights

We updated cocokind’s product page to make it easy for customers to decide if the product was right for them. By calling out product specifics in tabs, like solution for, how to use and ingredients, customers gain a better understanding of the product's benefits without overwhelming them with too much information at once. The result is an 80% reduction in PDP bounce rate.

To create a less-disruptive shopping experience, we added in an AJAX shopping cart, which includes product recommendations for an easy one-click upsell. The result is an 8% increase in cocokind's average order value.

Strong lifestyle imagery and user generated content was added across cocokind’s new site design to build trust on their products and to give visitors a true sense of what results can look like.

These changes helped boost cocokind's overall conversion rate by 72%, with homepage conversions increasing by 148%.
